While each protocol has a different purpose and training effect, all protocols target the precise muscles and tendons in your forearm and hand that researchers have identified as being most important to protect your UCL from tearing and help you throw harder with enhanced spin rates and better command.
Prior to beginning any protocol, the app will lead you through a baseline test by defining the exact exercise you should perform.
The app will store the results from each session under your History, which you can refer back to at any time to gauge your progress. Our app will then use the results of your baseline test to define your training targets for each exercise when you transition to your training protocol.
Regardless of the protocol, to achieve the best results, we suggest all users train 2-3x per week on FlexPro Grip. Each protocol will take roughly 5-12 minutes to complete.
